General Shipping Information
Vendor Now LLC ships exclusively within the United States. We partner with major carriers, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, OnTrac and DHL, to ensure reliable and efficient deliveries. In-store or in-person pickups are NOT available.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped. We operate 7 days a week, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
Processing times may experience delays during peak seasons, such as holidays and major sales events.
Shipping Costs & Methods
We offer both flat-rate shipping and free shipping, depending on the order.
Shipping rates vary by supplier and are calculated at checkout based on order details.
We do not charge additional fees for remote locations.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Standard Shipping: 4-14 business days
- Economy Shipping: 7-20 business days
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Customers may modify or cancel their order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, a return process must be initiated for any changes.

Returns & Exchanges
Most items are eligible for return after they have been shipped. Some items do NOT qualify for return; these items will be marked on the product page.
