You do NOT need an account to checkout with Vendor Now. However, creating an account helps you keep track of your purchases, save shipping details, and share feedback through reviews.

Vendor Now does not currently use AI. We believe that AI is mostly used as a marketing trend with limited benefits for our website. However, as it improves and we see it become truly useful, we will consider adding it to enhance your shopping experience.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package and stay updated on its location.
Tracking options will be made available in account orders, it may take up to 15 minutes for tracking options to show up after fulfillment.

You can cancel an order by navigating to the cancel order request form and filling it out. The order and confirmation number can be found on your receipt.

Any orders that have already been shipped can NOT be canceled and must be returned.

You can visit our contact page, which is located in the top right of the page in our header or at the bottom of the page in our footer.

You can return an order by navigating to our Return Portal and filling out our return form. The confirmation number is listed on your receipt, and the tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Any unfulfilled orders that haven't been shipped can NOT be returned.
